Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and providing high-quality administrative assistance to teams and leaders. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by supporting office services, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining confidentiality in all business interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to individuals or teams across the organization.
  • Utilize business software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, emails, and mail, ensuring professional and timely handling.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, calendars, and expense reports for department leaders.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficient in executing routine processes with a solid understanding gained through training and hands-on experience.
  • Follows established procedures and demonstrates initiative when addressing new or unfamiliar tasks.
  • Great communication skills - verbal and written
