Job Description

Our client, a Consumer Goods Brand, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to their CEO in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar: Scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and optimizing time.
  • Capture engaging material & content for social media as requested.
  • Handle confidential communication, draft emails, and prep materials for meetings.
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and distribute correspondence, memoranda, charts and reports.
  • Liaise between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Track CEO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational development.
  • Work independently on projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO across departments
  • Research and compile information to assist with decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Manage other assistants/household staff as needed.

Note:

  • This individual must have at least 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite level - preferably a CEO or founder of a start-up.
  • Ideally has experience working in Consumer Goods or Private Equity.
  • Although this role is mainly remote, this individual must live in Miami, FL.
