RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Balancing precision with poise, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Manage calendars, communications, and travel arrangements for executives
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
  • Track and maintain data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools
  • Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups stay on track
  • Support the planning and execution of external meetings, events, and conferences
  • Help maintain operational systems, update records, and improve internal workflows
  • Assist with tracking performance metrics, expenses, and KPIs
  • Handle routine communication and coordination with external contacts and vendors

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to manage confidential information

Preferred:

  • Experience in legal or professional service environments
  • Background in operations, project coordination, or sales support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
