Job Description

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years’ experience of general office clerical work
  • 1 year working in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where will be exposed to trauma
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Strong oral communication skills

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Registration Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting visitors, and ensuring a smooth registration process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the registration process for visitors, including collecting necessary information and documentation.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Compensation:

$20/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
