Our client is currently seeking a Inside Sales Manager .

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our growth in wrestling, BJJ, MMA, and combat sports. As the Customer Success and Inside Sales Manager, you will own the customer journey—from first contact through repeat business—ensuring every coach, gym owner, and athlete receives world-class service. You’ll manage inbound sales, drive customer engagement, and provide strategic support to key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with combat sports facilities, gyms, and academies to grow our customer base.
• Attend trade shows, tournaments, and industry events to network and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotions specific to combat sports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with coaches, athletes, and influencers.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to our Combat Sports Inside Sales Rep, supporting their development.
• Quoting and working with the end user.

Qualifications

• Strong networking skills.
• Sales Experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Passion for wrestling.

Required Skills

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth in the combat sports segment.
• Acquire new accounts, including gyms, academies, and training centers.
• Foster strong customer retention and increase repeat business.
