Our ideal BDRs have superhero level research and networking skills and possess the ability to trigger new sales opportunities from strategic account lists. Our BDRs work closely with senior Sales Executives and other members of the team to launch strategic messaging to targeted prospects to create interest in pursuing integrated facilities management contracts.
Since our BDRs are multi-talented, they also engage in other pipeline-triggering challenges such as attending industry conferences, participating in capabilities presentations, engaging in video productions, assisting our bid team in proposal development using the extensive knowledge they’ve gained in developing the opportunity, etc.
This position is both responsible for and held accountable for ensuring Flagship Enterprises Holding, Incorporated and its employees adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct in the performance of their assigned duties in accordance with basic tenets of business honesty and integrity.
This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads by engaging in canvassing predefined geographical areas as well as canvassing business journal to identify opportunities coming to market. The goal is to determine, validate and discover possible business opportunities in our sales geographic. Creativity and persistence applied to researching, interacting with and qualifying prospective customers is essential. While doing so it is the responsibility of the Business Development Representative (BDR) to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area. The BDR must demonstrate enthusiasm, tenacity and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position also requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational ability and strong work ethics.
Benefits:
Must be willing to commute to San Diego office for 5 days the first 90 days of work and then can speak with manager about working a hybrid schedule.
*Training will be for one week in San Jose office, and also will travel to Southlake, TX for a week in August.
