About the Role :
Our client, an elite boutique investment bank based in New York, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare Services team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top-tier professionals on high-impact transactions in one of the most dynamic sectors of the market.
The Associate will play a key role in executing M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements for a diverse range of healthcare services clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep interest in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead execution workstreams across M&A and capital markets transactions within the healthcare services vertical.
Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
Prepare client-ready presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support deal execution and business development.
Mentor and manage Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver strategic insights and solutions.
Qualifications :
~3-5 years of investment banking or relevant financial services experience.
~ Strong preference for candidates who have been promoted from Analyst to Associate at a top-tier investment bank.
~ Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the healthcare services sector.
~ Outstanding financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
~ Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
