Logistics Customer Service Representative – Onsite (2 Openings)

Location: Addison, TX 75001

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour (flexible based on experience)

About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring two Customer Service Representatives on behalf of a valued client in Addison, TX. This is a fully onsite role supporting power washing and commercial cleaning operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key part in managing service requests, vendor communications, and client satisfaction from job initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track incoming job requests from clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
• Dispatch and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Document job details including notes, photos, and vendor payments
• Notify clients of delays, completions, or cancellations
• Assist in onboarding and assigning new vendors
• Perform clerical tasks and support internal operations
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Client & Vendor Communication

• Answer and initiate inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Accurately update internal tracking systems
• Ensure consistent, professional communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or clerical support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced work and retain task details
• Experience in high-volume service environments preferred
• Must be able to work onsite in Addison, TX
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
