This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Tigard, Oregon.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Tigard, Oregon and the surrounding area.

Healthcare Strategic Operations Associate Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and regulatory research to support expansion into new states and partnerships.
• Collaborate with executives to design, implement, and manage strategic business initiatives.
• Analyze economic and industry data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Manage and execute high-impact special projects and tasks from senior leadership.
• Support organizational development through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional coordination.

Healthcare Strategic Operations Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of professional office experience in analytical, research, or operational support roles.
• Strong proficiency in business writing, meeting coordination, and standard office tools.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings effectively.
• Experience supporting high-level initiatives and working with senior leadership.
