📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support transactions involving commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Structure and draft joint venture agreements for institutional equity and fund clients
• Represent private equity funds, lenders, and investors across the full real estate investment cycle
• Conduct due diligence, title/survey review, and coordinate closings
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and opposing counsel to execute time-sensitive deals

✅ Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law
• Experience in at least two of the following: acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures
• JD class of 2020–2022 from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in D.C. or eligible to waive in
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong client service and business communication skills
