We’re seeking a full-time Packaging Designer to join our Pasadena studio. This role is ideal for a passionate, collaborative, and trend-aware designer ready to take ownership of client projects and bring ideas to life through our robust production capabilities. You’ll also work closely with ownership to develop new packaging concepts and branding initiatives for Likely Inc., helping shape and elevate our studio’s creative direction.
We’re looking for someone who understands that our core business is selling tangible packaging products—not just design. This is a fast-paced environment, so strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once are essential.
What We're Looking For:
– 4+ years of packaging design experience
– Strong understanding of dielines, materials, finishes, and structure
– Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
– Deep awareness of packaging and design trends across industries
– A positive outlook, self-motivated spirit, and a love for collaboration
– Confidence working directly with clients, printers, and manufacturers
– Passion for developing both conceptual and production-ready designs
What You'll Do :
– Lead the packaging design process for client projects from concept to execution
– Work closely with our founder to develop and present new ideas—this is a critical part of the role
– Refine and prepare client-provided artwork for production and print
– Create custom dielines and physical/visual mockups
– Conceptualize and design packaging and branding for Likely Inc.’s in-house projects
– Stay current on industry trends and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table
– Maintain and elevate the studio’s creative standards across all touchpoints
– Collaborate with sales, product development, and factories to streamline workflows and improve project execution
What We Offer:
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
On-site in our Pasadena studio, with one remote day per week after the probation period
If you live and breathe packaging, love a hands-on studio environment, and are excited to build something meaningful with a small, driven team—let’s talk.
