At  S-BR , we are seeking an experienced and results-driven  Project Manager to lead complex  concrete restoration projects across Florida. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact work while guiding teams, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans
• Collaborate on estimating and bidding processes
• Supervise and mentor at least one Project Engineer
• Coordinate project start-up, transitions, and hand-offs
• Manage project documentation, technical submittals, and reporting
• Lead safety and risk management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee jobsite operations and support the construction team as needed
• Monitor and manage project cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management (concrete restoration preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Foundation, Primavera, or MS Project
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
