Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions for government contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal content, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, including timelines, deliverables, and submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, outlines, and content libraries.
• Review and edit proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with government regulations.
• Track and report on proposal progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct research to support proposal development, including market and competitor analysis.
• Manage document control and versioning for all proposal-related materials.
• Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for proposal reviews.
