Job Title: US Sales Assistant

Location: Lake City, Florida

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $45-55K + Up to $5K quarterly bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented  US Sales Assistant to support our  US Sales Director . This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities, customer communications, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with a keen interest in sales processes and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the US Sales Director
  • Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with lead tracking, CRM data entry, and pipeline management
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy
  • Help organize sales campaigns, events, and client meetings
  • Ensure timely communication and document flow between the sales team and other departments
  • Support order processing and client onboarding as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years in sales support, customer service, or inside sales role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability
  • Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a senior sales executive or working within a sales organization
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and customer relationship lifecycles
  • Knowledge of the US market and business practices
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
