Key ResponsibilitiesExecute consistent, professional follow-up with warm and hot leads to keep opportunities activeSupport the President & Client Success Manager with administrative tasks including scheduling candidate and client calls, calendar management, and document/call prepMaintain and update the CRM (e.g., Bullhorn, HubSpot) with accurate records of candidate/client interactions and lead statusPrepare and support sales collateral, presentations, and proposal documentsTrack communication and engagement metrics for lead activity and follow-up effectivenessAssist with outreach to prospective or existing clients for executive search or staffing servicesAssist with LinkedIn outreach and messaging / responses
What Success Looks LikeNo warm lead goes cold due to lack of follow-upConsistent connections with past leads, contacts, and accountsPersistent follow up on current and past due tasksAbility for rest of the team to focus on strategic growth and Account Developing specific companies, while this role drives day-to-day execution and more administrative tasks.Increased conversion of both executive and staffing search opportunities through improved responsiveness and coordination
Requirements:1–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, recruiting coordination, or client service role.Responsiveness and a sense of urgency are key to this position.Being curious.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient with CRM tools such as Bullhorn, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Comfortable using LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach and engagement.Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
