Position Summary: We are seeking a professional who thrives at the intersection of data strategy, AI-powered insights, and digital marketing. This role will lead the execution of our data roadmap, including segmentation, conversion tracking, and reporting, while collaborating across marketing, engineering, privacy, and legal teams. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling connected customer experiences and empowering marketers with actionable insights.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Lead Data Initiatives: Deliver high-impact data projects aligned to the data roadmap, including project management, data architecture, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage Data Requests: Prioritize and refine marketer requests for segments and conversions; collaborate with PMs, Privacy, and engineering to enable compliant data sharing.
  • Ensure Compliance: Advocate for and implement data handling practices aligned with GDPR, DMA, and other regulations.
  • Drive Tool Adoption: Partner with analytics and marketing teams to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance data capabilities.
  • Advanced Data Science Projects: Collaborate with partner data science teams to develop models and methodologies that support marketing goals.
  • Map Data Lineage: Develop a deep understanding of the business and data landscape to ensure accurate, relevant data usage.
  • Optimize Analytics Operations: Recommend and implement reusable, self-service analytics solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.
  • Tell the Story: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.
  • Enable ABM: Develop and operationalize digital engagement scoring models to support Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Forecast & Report: Own annual forecasting, performance tracking, and executive reporting; deliver insights that inform strategy and drive accountability.
  • Support Innovation: Lead and participate in pilots that test new approaches to data, insights, and customer engagement.
  • Act as SME: Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights for Windows Devices.

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years in the field.

  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and team feedback.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Strategy & Governance – Visionary in aligning data with business outcomes while ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Predictive Analytics & Scoring – Skilled in building engagement models to power ABM and personalization.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Customer Journey Analytics – Expert in mapping and optimizing cross-channel journeys using behavioral data.
  • Data Strategy & Governance – Visionary in aligning data with business outcomes while ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Predictive Analytics & Scoring – Skilled in building engagement models to power ABM and personalization.
  • Customer Journey Analytics – Expert in mapping and optimizing cross-channel journeys using behavioral data.
  • Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting – Adept at translating insights into strategic narratives and dashboards.
  • B2B Marketing Expertise – Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing, automation, and digital channels.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and team empowerment.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics) and 4 years in analytics, BI, or data science OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Preferred:

  • 4 years in data architecture, modeling, governance, and SQL.
  • 2 years in marketing analytics, segmentation, CDP management, and project leadership.
  • 2 years working with marketing tech platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, *** Ads).
  • 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
