As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge server systems. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to define hardware architecture, develop customized solutions, and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and development of server system hardware architecture, collaborating with multiple functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Take ownership of bug resolution, working closely with the validation team to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and review customized requirements, proposing and suggesting optimal solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Design, develop, and integrate server systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Provide system architecture expertise with customized design function, collaborating with other teams for successful development and implementation.
  • Modify and customize server systems based on customer needs, effectively communicating and collaborating with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Travel to filed side for problematic issue triage and/or customer on-demand technical suport.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience with x86 platform development (Intel/AMD).
  • Proven track record of successfully developing independent server systems or motherboard designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of system connector specifications and applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Highly preferred: Fluency in both English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of system testing, verification, and design cost considerations.
