This pivotal leadership role will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring streamlined workflows, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 60–70 pharmacy professionals—including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff—while driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal departments—clinical, logistics, quality, and HR—to enhance cross-functional workflows and service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, control costs, and ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation.
  • Manage labor planning, including scheduling and staffing, to meet fluctuating business demands.
  • Support the Director of Pharmacy Operations with budgeting, strategic planning, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven management approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to support a 7-day operation.
