Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging live streamer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with TikTok live streaming and e-commerce. This role involves creating captivating content, having an outgoing personality, and effectively interacting with viewers to build an interactive community. Experience with selling clothing, shoes, or cosmetics through live streams, along with strong public speaking skills, is a plus. We look forward to having you on board!

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Live Streaming:  Host regular live streaming sessions on TikTok, focusing on promoting and selling products (clothing, shoes, cosmetics). Create engaging, entertaining, and informative content to attract and retain viewers. Showcase products in an appealing way, highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips.
• Audience Interaction: Actively engage with viewers during live streams through comments, Q&A, and shout-outs. Build a strong, interactive online community by fostering relationships with followers. Address customer inquiries in real-time, providing detailed product information.
• Sales & Promotion: Drive sales through persuasive communication and on-camera demonstrations. Utilize special offers, limited-time deals, and promotional tactics to encourage purchases. Track and analyze live stream performance to optimize content and sales strategies.
• Content Planning & Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content plans, themes, and schedules. Stay updated with TikTok trends and incorporate them into live streaming strategies. Continuously innovate and experiment with new formats to enhance viewer engagement.

Skills

• Prior experience with TikTok live streaming, especially in e-commerce.
• Proven track record in selling products (clothing, shoes, cosmetics) via live streams is a plus.
• Strong public speaking and on-camera presence.
• Ability to engage, entertain, and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with TikTok live streaming tools, e-commerce platforms, and basic video production.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues during live sessions.
• Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic personality.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and social media.
• Strong sense of professionalism and reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
