  • Analyze current processes (As-Is), define future-state processes (To-Be), and identify improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the design, development, and testing phases
  • Participate in solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and training efforts
  • Support the rollout of new applications and solutions, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user training
  • Identify gaps in functionality or technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions using modern technologies
  • Ensure alignment between business cases, IT architecture, and final deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for business analysis, documentation standards, and project execution

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting analytics and/or AI-driven initiatives
  • Strong background in business case development, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in gathering, documenting, and validating detailed business and functional requirements
  • Proficient in developing key project deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Business Requirements Sheets (BRS), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
  • Experienced in creating clear visual documentation such as process flow diagrams and functional architecture diagrams to support solution design and stakeholder understanding
  • Familiar with tools like GSuite, Microsoft Visio, and standard requirements development frameworks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to investigate issues and collaborate with developers to implement efficient solutions
  • Knowledgeable in Agile project management and iterative delivery methods, with the ability to support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination
  • Proven ability to support full project lifecycle deliverables, including test plans, user acceptance testing documentation, and training materials
  • Capable of developing support documents such as service guides, change management plans, and knowledge base articles to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of implemented solutions
  • Comfortable working independently or within cross-functional teams, both in-person and within remote/hybrid environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences
