Job Title: Contract Cleaner Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and thorough Contract Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services for various [residential/commercial/industrial] clients. The Contract Cleaner will perform a range of cleaning tasks to maintain clean, hygienic, and presentable environments on a project or ongoing contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, surfaces, and furniture.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Adhere to client-specific cleaning requirements and schedules.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the client or supervisor.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely, following health and safety guidelines.
Complete tasks efficiently within contracted timeframes.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight.
Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
