We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at our brand-new facility in Reading, PA . This is an exciting opportunity to lead warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations while building a high-performing team in a positive and growth-driven culture.

🛠 What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
• Supervise and develop a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless coordination between logistics, production, and customer service.
• Implement strategic plans to enhance logistics performance and cost control.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
• Serve as a key liaison with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and team-oriented work environment.

📅 Schedule & Culture :

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
• Supportive leadership and a strong sense of team

✅ Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving operations and customer service standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
