Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support ECHELON’s digital marketing efforts across website management, social media, and email communications. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will play a key role in shaping the firm’s digital presence, enhancing engagement, and supporting business development through thoughtful execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Website

  • Update and maintain website content using a CMS platform (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on design and functionality enhancements, including a website redesign
  • Monitor website performance and assist with SEO improvements
  • Ensure web content reflects brand standards and is kept current with firm news, events, and reports

Social Media

  • Manage ECHELON’s social media calendar, primarily focused on LinkedIn
  • Draft and publish posts aligned with key campaigns, thought leadership, and deal announcements
  • Track engagement metrics and assist in performance reporting
  • Research and recommend new content ideas to improve visibility and reach

Email Marketing

  • Build and distribute marketing emails including newsletters, event invitations, and campaign updates
  • Maintain email lists and track performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.)
  • Coordinate timing and messaging to align with broader marketing calendar
  • Ensure emails meet brand guidelines and compliance standards
  • Develop lead nurturing email series to help qualify incoming leads from digital lead sources

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing execution for events, such as ECHELON’s annual Deals & Dealmakers Summit
  • Assist with development of marketing materials and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and brand templates
  • Help track key performance indicators and assist in preparing reports

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience managing social media platforms and CMS tools (especially HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms 
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
