Position Summary

The Associate Planner plays a critical role in supporting sales and inventory strategies across key wholesale accounts. This position owns account-level planning, provides actionable sales analysis, and partners closely with Account Executives to drive business results. The ideal candidate has a passion for numbers and strategy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a mix of analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role on a lean team where your insights and voice matter.

Please note this role will report to our Philadelphia corporate headquarters 4 days a week with the option of 1 remote day.

Essential Functions

  • Own sales and inventory planning for assigned wholesale accounts
  • Analyze sales performance and trends; update monthly inventory projections via NSPB
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on assortment planning, reorders, and RTVs
  • Maintain and update the inventory vault and forecasting tools using Excel and NSPB
  • Prepare and deliver account-level sales reports using Skypad and BIG
  • Support monthly and seasonal business reviews, helping identify risks and opportunities
  • Assist with sell-in and sell-through reporting, including best sellers and stock positions
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions with data-driven insights
  • Act as a key resource for cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Procurement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales planning, inventory management, or related fields, ideally in a consumer goods, jewelry, or luxury industry
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in retail math and the ability to interpret complex data sets to provide clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to plan and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and style-level planning across multiple wholesale accounts
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
  • Comfortable working with planning and reporting tools such as NSPB, Skypad, and BIG
  • Confident in managing data to support projections, planning, and sales strategies
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and account partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with a small, collaborative team
