About the Role:
XbotGo seeks a highly creative and results-oriented video producer to join our fast-growing global marketing team. This role focuses on creating compelling content for social media and advertising campaigns, specifically targeting audiences in North America and Europe. You’ll bring our products to life across sports and lifestyle settings through dynamic short-form videos, educational long-form content, and high-impact visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of high-quality content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube (shorts and long-form), and paid ads.
Produce a variety of video formats, including:
Collaborate with the marketing, product, sales, and video teams and overseas content creators to execute campaigns across time zones.
Ensure all content is on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized to drive sales conversion and user engagement.
Track performance, test creative variations, and suggest new formats based on analytics and trends.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in video production, content creation, and editing for social platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing short- and long-form videos, ideally within the sports or fashion/lifestyle industries.
Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and others.
Sharp visual storytelling skills, especially for product and sports content.
Deep understanding of digital content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
